Obituary for Adele Troedl

Adele "Ady" Troedl, 100, of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Monday, May 24th, 2021. She is survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Gabor and Charlotte Troedl; siblings, Avram (Chemda) Troedl, Irma Troedl, Eva (Oscar) Hamburg, Meir (Bracha) Troedl and Norbert Troedl.

Born in Rajka, Hungary, Ady was a holocaust survivor who emigrated to the US in 1952. She pursued a successful lifelong career as a jewelry buyer and designer. Adele was the eldest and last surviving of six siblings. She was a dearly beloved sister and aunt. Adele enjoyed theater, the arts, and travel.

Services at Shomrei Mishmeres Cemetery, 6307 Hamilton Ave, Rosedale, Maryland, on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 at 1:30 pm. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place S.W., Washington, D.C. 20024.
