Alina Novikova, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, April 8th, 2022 at the age of 48. She is survived by her beloved husband, Mikhail Shif; daughter, Nicole Shif; and mother, Ella Novikova. She was predeceased by her cherished father, Vyacheslav Novikov.
