Anne Sylvia Stein (nee Katz), of Venice, Florida, passed away on Friday, February 19th, 2021, just one week short of the age of 99. Anne was born, grew up, graduated from Forest Park High School, married, and raised her family in Northwest Baltimore for her first 93 years. She lived her later years in Baltimore at the Weinberg House and Woodholme Gardens, both in Pikesville, MD. But then she gathered her courage and moved to sunny Venice, Florida to happily live out her last 6 years close to her daughter and son and their spouses. She is survived by her children Jeffrey (Ginger) Stein of Fort Myers, FL and Beverly (Mike) Justice of Venice, FL, by her grandchildren Jodie Stein (Travis Robinson) of Penngrove, CA, Nathaniel Stein (Ainsley Cameron) of Cincinnati, OH, Joy (Tony) Stickel of Columbus, OH, and Amy Justice of Apalachin, NY, and by her great-grandchildren Sophia Stickel, Sydney Stickel, Charlotte Stickel, and Arlo Stein. She was predeceased by her loving husband Sidney Stein, by her siblings Blanche Paskoff, Hyman Katz, Jerome Katz, and Zelda Lipnick, and by her parents Yetta and Max Katz.
