Arkadiy Tkach, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at the age of 86. He is survived by his loving wife Maya Nemaya, and his grandchildren Bella Pach and Marina Pach. He was predeceased by his daughter Bronislava Pach and his parents Isaak and Basya Tkach.
