Barbara Rubin (nee Putnam), of Severn, MD, passed away on Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at the age of 74. She is survived by her husband, Paul Rubin; sons, David Rubin and Joel (Sarah) Rubin; brother, Jerome (Jane) Putnam; and grandchildren, Hannah Rubin and Samuel Rubin. She was predeceased by her parents, Selma and Lawrence Putnam.
