Bella P. Caplan (nee Polen), of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Monday, October 17th, 2022 at the age of 95. She is survived by her loving son, Allan P. Caplan; daughter-in-law, Kathleen R. Caplan; daughter, Zarita C. Hack; and grandchildren, Jacob A Caplan, and Zachary A Caplan. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Daniel G. Caplan; and brother Saul Polen; and parents.
