Berta Tepper (nee Finkielsztein), 79, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021. She is survived by her loving husband Dr. Marcos Tepper; her children Lesley Lesser (Elie Messafi), and Alex (Fran) Tepper; her sister Julia (Isaias) Firbank; her grandchildren Ari (Debbie) Lesser, Tal (Sara) Lesser, Elana (Stephan) Gilbert, Joshua Tepper, Gabriella Tepper, Jordana Tepper, Arielle Messafi and Alyse Messafi; and by her great-grandchildren Noa, Lev, Boaz, and Mila. She was predeceased by her sister Sara Sejtman, and by her parents Saul and Perla Finkielsztein.
