Charles Perkel, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Monday, September 5th, 2022 at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Perkel (nee Connor), his children, Josh (Linda) Perkel and Ruti (Ephraim) Rosenbloom, his sister, Amy McCarthy, and many loving grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Mickey and Vivian Perkel.
