Obituary for David Fred Katz
David Fred Katz, of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, May 21st, 2023 at the age of 87. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandee Katz (nee Kolodny); his dear brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Matt and Barbara Glenn; his loving nephew and nieces, Robert Katz, Lacee (Fletcher) Daniel, and Shana (John) Brinkmann; his cherished great niece and nephew, John John Brinkmann and Margot Brinkmann. He was predeceased by his dear brother, Morton Katz; his loving parents, Lena and Hyman Katz; and his devoted nephews, Howard Katz, and Joel Katz.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday, May 25th, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Interment Beth El Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Talmudical Academy, 4445 Old Court Rd, Baltimore, MD 21208 or to the charity of your choice. The family will sitting shiva at 11 Slade Avenue, Apt. 501, receiving on Thursday from 5pm-9pm, with a service at 5:00pm. They will also be receiving visitors on Friday from 12-4pm.
