Obituary for Ellen F. Davis (Friedman)
Ellen Davis (nee Friedman), of Baltimore, MD, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 81. Devoted mother of Scott Davis and Eileen Stein, loving mother-in-law of Sam Stein, adoring grandmother of Jacob (Jake) Stein, beloved sister of Julian (Jules) Friedman, cherished daughter of the late Sylvia and Nathan Friedman. She is also survived by many wonderful friends.
Ellen enjoyed Scrabble, Mah Jongg, book clubs, continuing education courses, playing the piano and composing music, and most importantly spending time with her family. She always worked hard to improve the areas she lived and generously donated her time to things she deemed most important to her community. Everyone who knew her knew how she loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest. Ellen will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
