Obituary

Esther Levin Sturner, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, January 30th, 2021 at the age of 103. She is survived by her son Raymond Sturner (Barbara Howard), her daughter-in law Terry Sturner, her grandchildren Benjamin Sturner (Kimberly Kasarda), Leonard Sturner, Rebecca Sturner, and Samuel Sturner, by her great-grandchildren Willam Sturner and Cameron Sturner and by her other loving family members Richard Berry; Chris Berry; Arlene Harmand; Debby Jospe. She was predeceased by her devoted husband William Sturner, her son Jerry Sturner and her parents Rose and Oscar Sturner.

Caring for others was her driving force. Her ability to continue to celebrate the smallest act of kindness and wonder of nature was an inspiration to others.

Services are private. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Hadassah of Greater Baltimore, PO Box 21571, Pikesville, MD 21282.

What an amazing woman. I feel so honored to have spent the last five months in Esther’s “bubble” with Ray, Barbara and Punky. Their love and devotion to eachother and for family and friends was beautiful to be a part of.
Keeping you in my thoughts prayers and my heart.

Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother, Esther Sturner. This is a
difficult time, made more so by not being able to observe normal traditions. May her memory
be a blessing, and the days ahead be peaceful.
We did see you at services recently, and hope to again. Our thoughts are with you and your
family.
