Frances Hersh (nee Belford), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, July 22nd, 2022 at the age of 79. She is survived by her daughter, Holli (William) Violette; grandchildren, Milo Violette and Lillianna Violette; and cousins, Susan Alperstein, Marilyn and Jim Dickman, Stuart and Joan Schoenfeld. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Lichtig; brother, Stanley Belford; and parents, Esther and Joseph Belford.
