Frances Rubin (nee Schilling), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, December 29th, 2020 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eli Rubin. She is survived by her loving children, Steven (Mary) Rubin, Barry (Kay) Rubin; grandchildren, Douglas (Lindsay) Rubin, Jeremy (Chelsea) Rubin, Brian (Eileen) Rubin, and Michael (Letha) Rubin; and great grandchildren, Eli Rubin, Hazel Rubin, and Brady Rubin.
