Gail Horwitz (nee Belaga), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at the age of 80. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Norris Horwitz, her children, Andrew Horwitz (Deborah Stein) and Menachem (Ahuva) Horwitz, her siblings, Dr. Gary Belaga and Dr. Marshall Belaga, her grandchildren, Jacob Horwitz, Yehoshua (Miriam), Aharon, and Miriam Horwitz, and her great-granddaughter, Yehudit Horwitz. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Shirley Belaga.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208 on Wendesday, May 18 at 5pm. The family will be in mourning at 6701 Park Heights Avenue, Apt. 1B, Baltimore, Maryland 21215.
