Dear Doug, Eric and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember when EJ and Gordon were last at Port Discovery and EJ was 'showing him the ropes' and how to navigate KidWorks - just one more time! Making memories.
To treasuring all of your memories together.

Whenever I think of Gordy it is with a twinkle in his eye, a smile on his face, and a laugh from his heart. Gordy's contributions and commitment to the community are legendary but are surpassed by the love he had for all of you. My thoughts and love are with you all during this most difficult time. May his memory forever be a blessing.

Dear Becker Family,
I will never forget how proud I was to be part of the Gorden Becker Holiday Team. Gorden was such a great entertainer and businessman and the knowledge, respect and the integrity we learned from that man was truly magical. He also taugh us how to be more creative by helping to bring thousands of smiles to the many faces of all ages that constantly surrounded us. Much of what I learned from both Gorden and his staff, certainly helped me to become more award and creative throghout my business and life.

It is with deep sadness and reflection that I extend my condolences to each of you. Thank you, Eric, for suggesting I talk to your dad after my graduation from college. Gordon became a second father to me during my 11+ years at The Becker Group, teaching me sales and business skills I use to this day, celebrating my success and holding my hand when I was defeated. To this day, I reflect on the lessons he taught me on business and life. He was kind, loving, visionary and generous. May his memory be a blessing to each of you as it will be to me.

Dear Marsha and entire Becker family,
I read this mornings notice in The Sunpaper with great sadness. To say that Gordon 'lived a life of good deeds' is an understatement. Beyond his wonderful smile, I will always remember his great kindness to and support for my dear (departed) friend, Ken Hobart. Gordon's heart was larger than life and he will forever hold a place in mine. My condolences on your loss of this dear man.

Doug, Eric and Family,
So very sorry to hear of your loss. I have such fond memories of the conversations I would have with Gordon many years ago when he would call me to let me know he had some "goodies" I might want to use in the Museum- Snoopy, airplanes, cars, ducks, holiday decorations, and the list goes on- all things the kids would love. I looked forward to his calls and my jaunts to the warehouse.
May your good memories bring you comfort during this difficult time.

Gordon was a long time friend. We participated together as Santa Claus and shopping center decorators.I was a "bunny rabbit" at a center, the large head stopped me from turning around as kids pulled my tail and took my candy treats. Gordon never wore the suit, but helped hang the xmas lights.
He was great. I am out of state but with you in spirit.

Dear Becker Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Gordon's passing. He and my late father, Morty Hyman, along with Norman Glick were great friends for many years. I will never forget the kindness he showed my father as he dealt with many health issues in his later years. He was a mensch in every sense of the word. May his memory be a blessing and may you be comforted by your wonderful memories.

Ask to describe "a great guy," Gordon Becker was, in fact, a great guy! Truly one of a kind. None better. As intelligent and successful as they come, always smiling, always giving the guys who worked for him his valuable time. Three of my friends and I had the pleasure of being part of Gordy's stable of Santa Claus' and Easter Bunnies. Two mishaps in my Gordon Becker Santa Claus, my Santa House was outside at the Langley Park Shopping Center. It was freezing, so there was an electric heater at my feet. The smell was horrible as my rubber boots started to melt. Santa ran out his house. As an Easter Bunny, hopping around giving out jelly beans, I had to look thru the bunny's nose to see. One day I hopped into a pole and spilled four million jelly beans onto the sidewalk.
Working for Gordy, knowing and loving him, was one of life's great experiences. Friends for life!
Annabelle and I send our love and condolences to you all. RIP, GB!
