I knew Henry from Whitlock Street in the 40's and 50's. I did not know he was involved with the Myerberg Senior Center, but I did know his mother was. I enjoyed our conversations and her updating me about the family. May the memories of your many years together bring you and your family comfort.

Dear Irene & Family, I have fond memories of hanging out with Henry at the Annen Woods pool. I also used to see him walking in the community. He encouraged me to volunteer at Weekend Backpacks in which I did. He was a sharp dresser and fun to be around. I will definitely miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Irene and Family, Henry was one of my first volunteers when Fred and I started Weekend Backpacks for Homeless Kids. He would deliver the food to the schools and always make chitchat with the kids and the social workers. Later he was our gracery pick-up person at Shop Rite. He always made sure that everything was right and the order complete. Henry always had an idea for us on how to raise more money. His enthusiasm was contagious. An added bonus was when the two of you went on one of our Playbound trips. And, he always talked about the shows when I would see him at the pool. Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Henry. He will be missed.

Dear Irene, Norman, Jeffrey and families,

I am sending my deepest condolences on the passing of Henry. His friendly smile as he walked around Amy Lane will always bring a smile to my face. Thoughts of him honking the horn on his ride from the top of the Amy Lane hill upon his arrival home each night make me laugh ! May you always hold your memories close and remember the joy and good times. Hugs to you all.

Henry was always a quiet calm person and had a smile for everybody. We hope and pray your many warm memories over the years will be a comfort during this time for you, your children, and grandchildren.
