I am at a loss for words. Honey was the correct name. She truly was a sweet loving person. My all of her brothers be comforted knowing that they had a wonderful sister. She leaves behind a beautiful family. To her children they should always treasure the memories of your sweet Mother.

Dear Stanley, David, and Aaron,
What very sad news. There was never a more appropriate name for your sister than "Honey." When I think how many years have passed since first meeting her (and all of you), I am taken aback thinking that Honey is gone. She was a dear friend as we grew up, and I know she'll be missed by family and friends. May she be remembered for the many mitzvot she did in her life; may her memory be a blessing to all of you.

I understand that this might sound naive, but when I saw this listing on the Levinson website, my first thought was of sadness…that Honey lost someone in her family. As a first cousin, I’ve known her my entire life, but I never knew “Hilda.”

When I read the details, my heart sank. I can’t think of any individual who had a more apropos nickname than Hilda! I never saw her without such a warm smile. She was indeed as sweet as Honey.

This is heartbreaking news, and I send my deepest condolences to my cousins—her big brothers—and the entire Verschleisser family.

I am so sorry to hear of the devastating loss of Honey. She was truly a woman of valor. I will never forget her kindness, sweetness and most of all her beautiful smile. She was truly an inspiration to others. She will be missed by everyone that knew her. May her memory be for a blessing.
