Howard C. Rodman, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Friday, March 19th, 2021 at the age of 82. He is survived by his nieces, Carla Steinberg and Sima Sharabi. He was predeceased by his sister, Elyse Mashbaum.
Howard was a Baltimore native, graduate of Forest Park and Johns Hopkins. He was a custom home builder and designer who built over 200 homes in the greater Baltimore area. He valued people, and his relationships with family and friends.
