Howard "Howie" Schwarzman Jr., 92, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, July 21st, 2020. He is survived by his niece Christine (Dr. Don) Stoken. Howard was predeceased by his wife Laura Schwarzman and Patricia Schwarzman and his parents Howard and Selma Schwarzman.
