Obituary for Irving L. Miller
Irving L. Miller, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife, Gail Miller (nee Paper); children, Sheryl Richards (Gary Smith), Jackie Lynn Leibowitz, David S. (Tracy) Roche, Jay (Laurah) Miller, and Shelly (Ron) Smith; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and his adoring dog Teddy.
Irving was a proud veteran of the US Army who served bravely during Vietnam. After his service he worked for 10 years as a Baltimore City police officer and always enjoyed helping those around him. His passion for animals led him to create and run a well known Owings Mills pet store called 'Animal Treats,' where he worked alongside his son, David for 25 years. Irving volunteered on two different Condominium Boards, giving his time working to make the complex he lived in better however he could. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. May his memory be for a blessing always.
