Janice Portney, of Reisterstown, Maryland, passed away on Monday, March 6th, 2023 at the age of 72. She is survived by her siblings Harriet Portney and Stanley Portney; by her nephews Jay Grone and Daryl Grone; and by her great-nieces and great-nephews Perry Grone, Dakota Grone, and Esmi Grone. She was predeceased by her parents Betty and Samuel Portney.
