Jay Cohen, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at the age of 61. He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Cohen (nee Kami); and brothers, Marc (Ilene) Cohen and Charles (Phyllis) Cohen. Jay was predeceased by his father, Walter Cohen.
