Jean Ann Foland (nee Kaufman), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, May 1st, 2023 at the age of 93. She is survived by her devoted children, Eric Foland (Tina Savero), Elise Foland (Doug Hebard), and Barry Foland (Susan Hurley); her dear brother, Hilary (Andrea) Kaufman; her loving grandchildren, Daniel (Charlie) Lippe, Anna Lippe (Noam Raffel), Morgan (Bobby) Quinn, Carly Foland, and Jason Foland (Amber Anthony); and her cherished great grandchildren, Logan Quinn and Hunter Quinn. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Benson Foland; and her loving parents, Edith and Hyman Kaufman.

A loving, caring, good hearted, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. A beautiful woman who put everyone in her life first and made the world a better place.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 at 2:30 pm. Interment Oheb Shalom Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be receiving guests at, 2728 Baublitz Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117, on Thursday, immediately following the interment with a service at 7 pm, and Friday from 11 am to 4 pm, and Sunday, from 11 am to 4 pm, continuing at 6 pm to 8 pm with a service at 7 pm.
