Obituary for Dr. Jerrold "Jerry" Herman
Dr. Jerrold "Jerry" Herman, of Ann Arbor, MI, passed away on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at the age of 77. He is survived by his beloved wife, Elise Herman (nee Krasnov); daughters, Jennifer (Neil) Stiber and Jill (Ami) Goldfein; and grandchildren, Aryeh, Esther, Tamar, Yonah, and Eliana Stiber, and Ilan, Nava, and Asher Goldfein. He was predeceased by his cherished parents, Stella and Victor Herman.
Jerry was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather. He was a lifelong naturalist with an encyclopedic memory, and a love of all science and knowledge. A dentist by profession and an artist by passion, he was as skilled with a paintbrush as he was with a dental probe. Jerry loved life and his contentment shone on his smiling face.
