Obituary for Joan Caplan (Kramer)
Joan Caplan (nee Kramer), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at the age of 90. She is survived by her loving brother, Paul (Janet) Kramer, brother-in-law, Dr, Raymond (Edith) Caplan, also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Donald Caplan, children, Steven Caplan and Robin Caplan Norris, and parents, Phillip and Lee Kramer.
Joan Caplan was a proud business owner for many years of the successful travel tourism business, Joan Caplan Travels, helping her clients to experience Broadway and other major city attractions for many years. She was an accomplished Bridge player, achieving the impressive level of Silver Life Master. She was also a dedicated and longtime member of the Miriam Lodge as well as Beth Tfiloh Congregation. Joan will be missed dearly by all who knew her. May her memory be for a blessing always.
