Joel R. Cohen, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Monday, January 16th, 2023 at the age of 86. He is survived by his children, Debbie (Michael) Raine, Audrey (Matthew) Pollack and Jeff Cohen; and grandchildren, Erin (Aaron) Miller, Zach Pollack and Noah Pollack. He was predeceased by his wife, Helen Cohen (nee Bochner); brother, Bill Cohen and parents, Miriam and George Cohen.
