Judith Williams (nee Krouse), age 79, of Owings Mills, MD passed away on Monday, July 19th, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Steven) Blaustein, her brother, Howard Lee Krouse, and her grandchildren, Ian Blaustein and Rachel Blaustein. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Williams.
