Obituary for Lawrence "Larry" Howard Davis
Dr. Lawrence "Larry" Howard Davis, of St. Louis, MO, passed away on Wednesday, February 10th, 2021 at the age of 77. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sonya "Sunny" Davis (nee Meyers); children, Rena (Joseph) Landes, Miriam (Rabbi Gedalyah) Berger, and Sarah (Dr. Yosef) Rudolph; sister, Rhea (Seymour) Cabin; grandchildren, Baruch, Shea, and Dovi Kimmel, Shoshana, Sheindl, Racheli, Baruch Meir, and Shira Berger, Avigayil, Netanel, Binyamin, and Rivka Rudolph; and brothers-in-law, Joseph Meyers and Rabbi Yaakov Meyers. He was predeceased by his dear parents, Frieda and David Davis; and step-mother, Bea Davis.
Dr. Davis was a scholar and an individual who loved Torah and performing mitzvot. His greatest pride was his children and grandchildren, and spending time with his devoted wife of over fifty years.
A Virtual Funeral will be held on Thursday, February 11th, 2021 at 12:00 pm. Private interment at Lubawitz Nusach Ari (Ner Tamid) Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the charity of your choice.
