Obituary for Lillian Rifkin Davis
Lillian Rifkin Davis, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 at the age of 96. She is survived by her devoted children, Hirsch (Teresa) Davis, Marsha (Shmuel) Benshir, Risa (Steve) Kramer; adoring grandchildren, Jacob (Lori) Kotlicky, Rebecca (Jonathan) Porges, Isaac (Courtney) Kotlicky, Sara (Moshe) Shamouilian, Avi (Alison) Kotlicky, Helen (Jason) Kramer, Abriel Kramer and Frances Kramer; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Morton Davis; loving sisters, Ruth (Bernard) Soroka and Selma (Philip) Berger; and devoted parents Fannie and Jake Rifkin.
Lillian served as the Assistant Principal of Ivymount School, President of MANSEF, President of the Board of Jewish Education, and was a member of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County and she received many awards.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday, September 7th, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Interment Hebrew Friendship Cemetery, 3600 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21224. Please omit flowers. The family will be in mourning at 10321 Breconshire Road, Ellicott City, Maryland 21042, Thurs - After interment until 9 pm with a service at 7:00 pm, and Sunday - From 12 - 3 pm, and from 4 to 8 pm with a service at 7 pm.
