Obituary for Lorraine Goodman Engel
Lorraine Goodman Engel, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 at the age of 95. She is survived by her loving children, Seena Engel Kling, Cindy Engel (Robert) Dubansky, and Lon C. (Jennifer) Engel; sister, Marsha (Bernard) Bondroff; adored grandchildren, Michael (Anna) Dubansky, Allison Dubansky (Brennan) Adams, Kimberly Dubansky, Lindsey Kling (Nicholas) Keihner, Lauren Kling, Alexandra Engel (Gordon Nimmo-Smith), Adam Engel, Avery (Ana) Engel, and Austin Engel; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Cooper Adams, Mackenzie Adams, Brooks Adams, Max Dubansky, Sage Dubansky, Mairi Nimmo-Smith, Blaire Keihner, and Asher Keihner. Lorraine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Paul B. Engel; sister, Natalie (Bernard) Rothstein; and parents, Elsie Fanaroff and Julius Goodman.
Lorraine was a unique and caring wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family above all else. She will be dearly missed.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, August 7th, 2022 at 12:00 pm. Interment Oheb Shalom Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the American Heart Association, 300 5th Avenue, Suite 6, Waltham, MA 02451; or the charity of your choice. The family will be in mourning at 904 Hillstead Drive, Lutherville, MD 21093, on Sunday immediately following interment with an evening service, and receiving Monday from 12-4 with an evening service.
