MARSHA H; of Ellicott City, Maryland, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. She is survived by her loving daughter, Jacqueline Vitow-Allen (David Allen); grandson, Gavin Allen; brother, Stuart (Colleen) Minis and nephew, Nathaniel. She was predeceased by her parents, Max and Rae Minis.
Relatives, friends and caregivers are invited to services on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at 3:00PM, at The Meeting House, 5885 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia MD 21045. Please omit flowers.
