Originally from The Bronx, New York, “Zayde” eventually betrayed his childhood Yankees for his beloved Orioles. In his retirement, Marshall volunteered at the Baltimore VA Medical Center and for the Jewish National Fund, though his proudest work was as “Chief Money Counter” at the Beth Israel Randallstown Purim Carnival each year.
