Melissa Sue Hoff, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at the age of 55. She is survived by her sisters, Stacey (Bruce) Bowers and Denise Hoff (William Hall); and uncle, Leonard Hiken; She was predeceased by her parents, Rhoda and Bernard Hoff; aunt and uncle, Gilda and Al Freedman; and her loving dog, Lucy.
