Michael Allen Cooper, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 at the age of 36. He is survived by his parents Sidney and Lee Cooper, his sister Kara Cooper, his brother Robert (Rachel) Cooper, and his nephews Bruin Cooper and Ronin Cooper.
