Obituary for Murray Tapper
Murray Tapper, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Ethel Tapper (nee Cohen); children, Saralee (Mark) Greenberg and Barbara Jean Tapper; grandchildren, Rabbi Ariel Greenberg (David) Platt and Samuel (Katie) Greenberg; and great grandchildren, Hailey and Ian Platt and Olivia Greenberg. He was predeceased by his siblings, Bernard Tapper, Marvin Tapper and Alvin Tapper and parents, Bertha and Samuel Tapper.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Thursday, January 12th, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Interment Hebrew Young Men's Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be in mourning at 2328 Melinda Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117, Thursday shiva is private, Friday from 10am-1pm and Sunday from 9am-2pm with a service at 9am. Masks and a negative COVID test are required at the shiva residence.
