Obituary for Nadja Debbie Pats
Nadja Debbie Pats, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, July 4th, 2022 at the age of 92. She is survived by her loving husband Dr. Albert Pats; by her children Rachael (Symmes) Gardner, Monica Pats (Ralph Manna), Barbara Pats (Larry Naviasky), Jennifer (Steve) Cousins, and Yale (Gerilyn) Pats; by her siblings Annetta Nadler, and Kate (Allan) Genut; by her sister-in-law Chaun Barron; by her grandchildren Emma Sartwell (Chris Cannon), Sam Sartwell, Jacob Naviasky, Gabriel Naviasky, Ethan Naviasky, Jonathan Cousins, Andrew Cousins, Benjamin Cousins, Darren Pats, Alexa Pats, and by her many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother David Barron, by her brother-in-law Hank Nadler, and by her parents Sadie and Irving Barron.
Her large family brought her great joy. She was an avid traveler, and enjoyed all things outdoors—hiking, gardening, birding, and spending time at the beach.
Services at Beth Isaac Adath Israel Cemetery, 2125 North Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21222, on Thursday July 7th, 2022 at 9:30am. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Cylburn Arboretum, 4915 Greenspring Ave, Baltimore, MD 21209.
The family will be in mourning at the family residence, 6601 Troy Court, Baltimore, MD 21209, on Thursday, immediately following interment, with a service at 6:00pm; on Friday beginning at 10am, with a service at 6pm; and on Sunday from 10am-1pm, with a service at 10am. Vaccinations are required.
Shiva will also be held at the home of Kate Genut, 2110 Burdock Road, Baltimore, MD 21209 Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
