Obituary for Naomi Riva Tannenbaum
Naomi Riva Tannenbaum (nee Pronin), of Sykesville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 at the age of 77. She is survived by her beloved husband, Howard Tannenbaum; children, Joseph (Debbie) Tannenbaum and Claire Tannenbaum (Joe Palmer); and grandchildren, Joshua, Alison, and Felicity Tannenbaum, and Jacob and Mollie Epstein. She was predeceased by her devoted parents, Rose Davis Pronin and Joseph Pronin; and sister, Anita Pronin Kantor.
Naomi loved reading, all day every day. She loved music and was a fan of “The Band”; Robbie Robertson; Cat Stevens and Bob Seger. Naomi also loved playing canasta and Mahjong, enjoying chocolate, and sitting outside with the other residents at her apartment building and chatting. Most of all, she REALLY adored her grandchildren.
