Obituary for Norma Levitt (Flaxman)
Norma Levitt (nee Flaxman), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Sunday, February 19th, 2023 at the age of 95. She is survived by her son, Hal (Denise) Levitt; sister, Betty (late Joel) Handwerger; grandchildren, Jonathan (Brittany) Levitt and Mary Buccheri; and great grandchildren, Lily, Caleb and Chase. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl Levitt; son, Marc Levitt; grandson, Daniel Levitt; sisters, Mildred (Joe) Hoffman and Sarah (Jack) Plovsky; and parents, Yetta and Louis Flaxman.
Norma enjoyed her travels with husband, Carl, and socializing with friends and family. She maintained friendships with a large group of like minded people in Pikesville that regularly signed up for her "Travel Tours" bus trips. Norma loved spending time with her friends and family.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Interment United Hebrew Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
