Phyllis Baylin Bloom, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Sunday, December 27th, 2020 at the age of 83. She is survived by her daughter, Jodi Bloom; son, Michael Bloom (Lori) Bloom and daughter Stephanie Bloom-Schwartz (Robert Schwartz); and grandchildren, Molly Bess Bloom Kowalski, Ethan Arrowood, Alex Arrowood, Britni Bloom, Courtney Papacchioli (Mark) Papacchioli and great grandchildren Kaia and Presley Papacchioli as well as her brother, Lee Baylin (Sharon) and sister, Arlene Swerdloff. She was predeceased by husband, Stuart I. Bloom; and parents, Norman and Mollye Baylin.
