Phyllis L. Sagel (nee Carmel), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Thursday, January 21st, 2021 at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Sagel; and her brother, Alan (Arlene) Carmel. She was predeceased by her parents, Sylvia and Isaac Carmel
