Rhoda Hiken Hoff, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at the age of 89. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Hoff (William Hall), Stacey (Bruce) Bowers, and Melissa Hoff, and her brother, Leonard Hiken. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Hoff and her sister, Gilda (Allen) Freedman.

So very sorry to hear of Rhodas passing. She was a great neighbor and friend. Many memories of lunch and dinners with her and Mel. Prayers to her family and friends.
