Obituary for Richard Frank
Richard Frank, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, August 15th, 2022, at the age of 76. He is survived by his loving son, John (Candice) Frank; adoring grandchildren, Kayla Frank, and Colin Frank; and friend and beloved companion, Tami Daniel. He was predeceased by his caring parents, Leon and Viola Frank.
