Robert Alan Rubin, 67, of Claymont, Delaware, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruthanne Rubin (nee Marr); child, Amanda Charles Black (fiance, Jason Isaacs); and sister-in-law, Mary Lou Marr. He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Charlotte Rubin; and brother, Steven Ira Rubin.
