Robert Rubin of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022 at the age of 97. He is survived by his dear children, Sandra (Steve) Simon and Debbie (Carlos) Sierra; and his loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Elaine Rubin (nee Karloff).
