Roman Kogan, of Owings Mills, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 at the age of 91. He is survived by his beloved wife, Larisa Kogan (nee Burdo); daughters, Ella (Michael) Grinshpon, and Irina (Alex) Roshal; grandchildren, Ally Walenga, Vlad Borisenko, Vitaliy Roshal, and Brian Roshal; and great-grandson, Shane DiLeonardi.

Services at Levinson's Chapel 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, Maryland 21208, on Monday, May 31st, 2021 at 12:00 pm. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery - Berrymans Lane.
