Donna, I watched the service virtually. It was beautiful and a wonderful tribute to her and your family.

We met Ruth a few years ago through Donna and were charmed instantly by her grace, poise and intelligence. We visited with her on occasion and her company was nothing short of great luxury. We miss her already and send our thoughts, prayers and condolences to the Schwartzmans, their families, and others who will miss that luxury as well. Rest in peace, Ruth.

As my sister Ellen said, we grew up across the street from the family. Ellen was best friends with Katie, and Mike was always with me and Mike Foreman, so our moms would yell Rosen, Schwartsman, or Foreman, so we would know which one of us they wanted. My condolences to Mike. Katie, and Donna.

Growing up on Howard Park Avenue across the street from my best friend Katie holds the best memories ever. Ruthie and my mom played bridge every week, Katie had a sliding board out back that we played on often. We played Jacks, we played with Barbie dolls. Ruthie was always available if my mom wasn’t. She loved her children and gives them wonderful memories.
