Selma F. Samuels (nee Weiner), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, April 2nd, 2021 at the age of 95. She is survived by her children, Joyce Book and Eleanor Kakuska; grandchildren, Jillian (Gene) Manko and Zachary Book (Christina Blevins); and great grandchildren, Talia and Stella Rose Manko. She was predeceased by her husbands, David W. Samuels and Arnold B. Black; daughter, Terry Gurwitz; brother, Leonard Weiner; and parents, Lena Rose and Isaac Weiner.
