Obituary for Rabbi Shuviel Avraham Maaravi
Rabbi Shuviel Avraham Maaravi, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on Thursday, May 20th, 2021 at the age of 62. He is survived by loving wife Esther Maaravi, by his former wife Tracey Maaravi, his children Sarah Maaravi, Eliyahu (Sara) Guscott, Moshe (Esther) Maaravi, Yehuda Maaravi, Miriam Maaravi, Sivia Maaravi and Rivka Maaravi, his grandchildren Yosef, Sneor Zalman, Duber, Devorah, Eden, Musya, Feivel, Geulah, Shmuel, Nissim, Leib, and Elvie, and by his sister Rebecca Hughes.
Rabbi Shuviel was loved dearly by his 7 children and 12 grandchildren, family and friends. He had a brilliant mind, musical talent, compassion and kindness that was handed down to his family and has left its imprint for generations. Our hearts miss you dearly, but your memories will live on in each of us.
Funeral service and interment on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 12pm at United Hebrew Cemetery, 3979 Washington Blvd., Halethorpe, MD 21227. Please omit flowers. The family will be in mourning at 6008 Highgate Drive, Baltimore, MD 21215. Friends and family welcome to attend.
