Obituary

Simone Kourt (nee Lauer), of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Friday, June 4th, 2021 at the age of 81. She is survived by her beloved husband, Edward Kourt; daughter, Mindy (Jacob) Benhamou; and grandchildren, Jacob Schwarzmeier, Alex (Amy) Benhamou, Jaime Benhamou, and Maya Benhamou. She was predeceased by her cherished daughter, Shelly Dansky; and parents, Gita and Leo Lauer.

Funeral services are private and will be held out of town. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Momentum, 6101 Executive Blvd., Suite 240, Rockville, MD 20852.

To Ed,
As a fellow resident of Weinberg Village, I am truly sorry. I recall Simone as a friendly, responsible person who showed interest in activities, and I shall miss her. Please try to maintain your strength.
