Stephen Meltzer, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, March 26th, 2021 at the age of 73. Stephen was a loving father and is survived by his sons, Danny Meltzer and Ben Meltzer (Joyce Cohen); and cousin, Clifford Taylor. He was predeceased by his parents, David and Aida Meltzer.
